Our Drainage Strategy for a mixed commercial/industrial development saved £10k

Utilising state-of-art modelling software we developed a site wide strategy to provide storm and foul drainage for a large Site. Our Strategy has provided a flexible solution that can accommodate alterations to the proposed Masterplan as the various Plots are developed and includes a lagoon to receive and attenuate the storm drainage discharges from the Site. One of the biggest challenges has been to develop a finished level 

strategy that both protects buildings from flooding whilst also provides level access for deliveries and balancing the overall cut-and-fill volumes of the Site.
